Email us your paperwork
Send your signed copy of the IMR application, along with the UR denial packet, to IMR@gemini.legal. Gemini Legal will complete the filing within the 30-day window, and can provide support with discovery as needed.
Send us the Notice of Assignment
Once it's received, send the NOA (notice of assignment) to IMR@gemini.legal. Gemini Legal will attach the records with the NOA and send the file to Maximus for review.
Process complete
When the IMR process is complete, Maximus directly notifies the injured worker and/or the applicant attorney of the decision. All ordered records are stored with Gemini Legal in perpetuity.
