To speed up records processing, Gemini Legal has built an integration with MerusCase, a leading, cloud-based legal practice management system and Gemini Legal’s records management portal. This integration allows clients to request records, track progress, and access documents faster, with greater efficiency and security. It also enables the Client Support team to provide more streamlined assistance with fewer touchpoints required. Ultimately, this helps clients move through the discovery process with increased clarity and momentum.
Filevine
To help Filevine clients securely and more easily submit case records to the Division of Workers’ Compensation’s (DWC) Electronic Adjudication Management System (EAMS), through JET File, Gemini Legal and Filevine have built an integration between Filevine’s case management system and Gemini Legal’s records management portal. This will allow clients to request records, monitor status, JET File their submissions with their Gemini Legal software, and receive documents, all without leaving their case file.
