Gemini Legal launches DraftEngine for civil litigation forms

Gemini Legal has launched DraftEngine, a new legal forms platform built to cut down on repetitive admin work and speed up case processing for civil litigation firms. The platform tackles common pain points like manual data entry, form errors, outdated templates, and disjointed approval workflows by letting staff enter case information once and apply it across related documents. Firms can build reusable filing packets, route files to attorneys for review, and upload their own templates or local court forms.

DraftEngine currently focuses on California, offering a library of more than 5,000 state and county court forms updated weekly. It's designed to reduce filing delays tied to outdated or incorrect paperwork, supporting practice areas including personal injury, family law, real estate, and probate.
