Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: May 15, 2026

1. You are authorizing payment to Gemini Legal Support, Inc. ("Gemini Legal") by charging this credit card, debit card, or ACH transaction for current, past due, and/or future costs as charged and invoiced by Gemini Legal.

2. For credit card or debit card authorizations you are authorizing a one-hundred USD ($100.00) pre-authorization to be approved to your credit, debit card, or ACH account. Pre-authorization is not a charge, but a temporary hold, and will disappear based on your financial institutions policy. Gemini Legal does not control when the temporary hold will be released. If credit card, debit card, or ACH account pre-authorization is not approved, there will be delays in opening your Gemini Legal account.

3. Dispute of charges or invoice amounts must be submitted in writing to civil@gemini.legal within thirty (30) days of receipt.

4. Charges per job include base rate and any other additional item required for completion including, but are not limited to, court time, research time, wait time, fuel surcharge, parking, copies, scanning/document prep, special handling, advanced fees, advanced fees courtesy charge, mandated court/EFM fees, and/or overnight delivery. Advanced fees that may be required are mandated by court, city, county, state or federal government statutes and regulations. Some advanced fees will require immediate reimbursement to Gemini Legal.

5. Any and all card transactions will incur a two-point-nine percent (2.9%) processing fee. ACH bank transfer payments do not incur a processing fee.

6. All charges paid by credit or debit card (rather than paid by cash, check, or ACH transaction) as instructed by applicant or applicant's employees, may be charged higher rates than any published or quoted rate. Rates may change, any time, without notice.

7. Non-payment on invoice totaling more than thirty (30) days after receipt of an invoice are considered past due and will be automatically charged to the credit card or ACH on file.

The payment information is only needed to create your account. We do not automatically charge the method of payment on file. If you have any trouble setting up your payment options, please email us at civil@gemini.legal or call (831) 384-4030.

After setting up payment, you will be able to: 

  • Enter new orders for service.

  • Review the status of current and past orders entered through our new system.

  • Print reports from all orders you have sent to Gemini Legal.

  • View and pay current and outstanding invoices with an ACH.
